As a teenager starting out my fitness journey I suffered a lot with generalised anxiety disorder and this played a huge role in my life. I suffered with a lack of confidence and would always doubt myself. It's safe to say my life became a constant struggle.
Fitness and training helped to change that. I began to 'cope' with the anxiety and found ways to control it through training. Even to this day I train and live a healthy lifestyle to ' feel good' and I think the role that fitness has on your mental state is still greatly ignored.
I have been working in the industry for around 3 years now and thoroughly enjoy it. I have worked with a wide array of clients; male & female aged 18-70 with a variety of goals.
I do a lot of work on mindset and creating positive habits. Fitness doesn't have to be difficult. Nor do you have to come into it with a 'All or nothing' mindset. Peak Performance will allow me to reach out to more people and ensure you guys make positive steps towards your goals.
