Team Training
Our Team Training follows the same principles as Small Group Training, delivering an effective program in a larger setting. With up to 12 participants, sessions are led by our specialist trainers while still maintaining a personalised approach. For beginners, we recommend starting with Small Group Training for more hands-on support before transitioning to the larger group.
Small group personal training (SGPT)
Our Small Group Personal Training gives you the best of both worlds—personalised coaching with the motivation of a small group (4 people). You’ll get tailored workouts, hands-on support, and a strong sense of community. It’s a cost-effective way to enjoy individualised guidance, form correction, and dynamic, engaging sessions. Perfect if you want the benefits of personal training with the energy of a group.
